A Brief History
In 2023, the ATF issued a blanket removal of exemptions across the industry, which included the EG67 and several other products.
After extensive discussions with the ATF, new exemptions were granted at the end of 2023 and into early 2024. This meant that the EG67, the Wire Pull Paint Grenade (WPPG), and other affected products could officially return to the market.
The Current Situation
The EG67, WPPG, and other previously affected products are available for purchase and are 100% legal once again. Any information suggesting otherwise is outdated or completely incorrect.
The EG67 remains the most popular fragmentation grenade for combat sport players in the USA, and we’re excited to continue providing this product to our valued customers.
